Terms of payment
The full price of the stay including transport and telescope rental must be transferred to our account at least 30 days before arrival. In the event of a short-term cancellation, this amount cannot be refunded. Please contact your bank if there are any problems with the international transfer.

"Tourism Levy"
The "Tourism Levy", a levy to be paid to "Namibia Tourism Board" from 2005, is also levied on all prices stated on this website.
Booking conditions
The rental price for rented astronomy equipment on Tivoli is independent of the weather. Discounts or reductions due to unfavorable weather cannot be claimed.
Disclaimer of liability
We cannot accept any liability for the functionality or completeness of the observatories, astronomical equipment and optics that are offered at TIVOLI Southern Sky Guest Farm.

Refunds
All refunds(if granted) will incur a € 10,00 handling charge if cancelled for ANY reason whatsoever.
Bank fees for bank transfers are strictly non-refundable
