Not far from the Kopernikus apartment is the massive concrete pillar in a concrete foundation in the open field. The column is also suitable for heavy mounts. The connection dimensions can be found here. The adapter suitable for your mount is either available (see: mount adapter) or can be made to order.
A power connection for the mount and for notebooks is available. There is a table to hold computers, accessories, photographic equipment, star cards etc. and chairs available.
